The South Niagara Hospital P3 project involves the design, build, finance and maintenance of a 469 inpatient bed hospital and associated services and facilities for a 30-year concession period post construction. The hospital will provide centers of excellence specialising in stroke, complex care, geriatric/psychogeriatrics and wellness in ages, as well as a 24/7 Emergency Department.

We provided technical due diligence during bid stage.
The Project involves the design, financing, construction, and maintenance during a 30-year period of the JanVanEyck Campus for the School Group for Catholic Education Ghent (SKOG). The total area available for the Project is 12,307 m2. The Project aim is to consolidate in one location the educational offer of 5 schools of the SKOG group.

Infrata is acting as LTA for this school cluster.
The project consists of providing the integral connectivity and social development through the implementation of a fibre optic broadband network for the regions of Junín, Puno, Moquegua and Tacna benefiting 942 rural locations and preferential social interest localities.

This transaction involved the acquisition of an accommodation complex at the Purdue University, Indiana. The asset is under operation and includes three buildings, all of which include residential space and some hold additional community and retail space.

We acted on one of potential buyers behalf as the Technical Advisor with team members developing an independent bottom-up heavy maintenance model and plan for the road.
The Hospital Lisboa Oriental project comprises the design, build, finance, operation (excluding medical services) and maintenance of a 875-bed public hospital in the city of Lisbon, with a contract term of 30 years.

We provided technical, traffic and commercial advisory on behalf of the lenders.
GO! Education of the Flemish Community procured the GO! Cluster 2 School Project under a Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (“DBFM”) Agreement. The Project involves the development of seven new schools with a capacity for approximately 2,500 pupils in total, spread across a number of locations in Belgium. The new school buildings vary from 2 to 4 levels and between 2,500 and 6,700 m2, for a number of students around 250 to 560.

We acted as Lender's Technical Advisor during bid stage.
The project consists of the design, demolition, construction, equipment, operation, maintenance, and financing of the "New Prosecutor's Office of Cali" Project. The project is part of the Urban Renewal Partial Plan, which seeks to promote the efficient use of infrastructure, generating new public spaces in the city’s downtown.

We undertook technical and ESG due diligence on behalf of the Lenders of the project and will continue throughout the construction and operational phase
The DBFOM of a new court house in Breda, extending 30 years beyond construction. The court house is an essential component of a local urban development plan, which also includes new commercial and residential buildings in the vicinity of the city’s main railway station.
