A Waste to Energy PPP programme located in Kabd area within the State of Kuwait, at a distance of approximately 35 km from Kuwait City. The project has been allocated an area of 500.000 sq. metres for the project, including the sanitary landfills.

Plan Lumière 4.0 which was procured as a PPP contract by the Walloon Regional Infrastructure Supplementary Financing Company (“SOFICO”) and consists of the design, modernisation, financing, management and maintenance of public lighting installations and equipment in the road network of Wallonia (approximately 2,300km). The aim of the Project is to develop a smart, energy efficient lighting system using modern LEDs and dynamic management tools, including upgrade of 100,000 light sources, 70,000 supports and 600 command points, renovation of high and low voltage network and access points, and remote and centralised management.

Acquisition Of 9 Solar Plants Uk. An acquisition of a set of solar power plant across the UK (LLancayo, Witches, Cornwall, Oxford, Wicanton, Lydney, Burton-Lincs, and Isle of Wight) on behalf of the investors, analysis the technical features of the solar portfolio.

We were appointed to provide an independent technical review of a Birmingham based facility which uses a system of pyrolysis to recover renewable energy and effect disposal of the waste on behalf of producers, including analysis of the technology, suitability of the feed stock, expected electrical output and O&M implications.

As part of the technical and commercial due diligence of the Northwest Parkway (Denver, US), we assessed for potential buyers the suitability of the solar park installed in the asset composed by seven solar generating facilities with a 62 kW power total capacity along the project area with an estimated annual production of 91,000 kWh.

This project consisted of pre‐development processes, the installation and maintenance processes to install “Free‐To‐User” 45 KW wood burning domestic boiler packages with a design variants to suit indoor and outdoor mounting amongst 8 design variants in total using up to 5 different boiler types to fire wood pellet fuel.

We performed lender’ ESG due diligence, assessed environmental and social risks and adequacy of the proposed management plans, reviewed the Project’s compliance with national regulations and laws, and against Equator Principles and screened the environmental and social aspects of the Project based on the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The project includes the DBFOM of the 235 km energy transmission line, between La Virginia and Nueva Esperanza, and the expansion and subsequent connection of two electrical sub-stations.
