In 2022, the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (MoICT) initiated a Project for the development and expansion of Pemba Airport on Pemba Island in the Zanzibar Archipelago, as part of the Government of Zanzibar’s aim to promote the blue economy programme.

We provided Demand and Traffic advisory services for the Sponsor
A Waste to Energy PPP programme located in Kabd area within the State of Kuwait, at a distance of approximately 35 km from Kuwait City. The project has been allocated an area of 500.000 sq. metres for the project, including the sanitary landfills.

Southend Airport is one of the six London airports. It is located in Essex, England. It served around 2 million passengers in 2019 travelling to VFR and tourism routes flown by LCC airlines.

We delivered traffic, technical and business plan advisory for the sponsors.
The project consists of a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreement at Bissau-Bissalanca Airport in Guinea Bissau including airside and landside works, and modernisation and expansion of the existing terminal.

Our work included traffic forecasting for all airports, production of the business plans covering aeronautical and commercial revenues plus a Capex and Heavy Maintenance review of the assets on behalf of an infrastructure fund.

Leading global terminal operating company considering development of a new container terminal in the South Atlantic region.

Provision of shipping line strategies and regional container volumes, along with assessment of navigation factors in relation to future sizes of ships calling to the area. Detailed cargo volume forecasts provided, along with competitive port analysis.
As part of the technical and commercial due diligence of the Northwest Parkway (Denver, US), we assessed for potential buyers the suitability of the solar park installed in the asset composed by seven solar generating facilities with a 62 kW power total capacity along the project area with an estimated annual production of 91,000 kWh.

The project comprises the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a four-lane, divided, limited access highway comprised of 16 miles of new freeway around the City of Portsmouth in Scioto County, designated as State Route 823 (SR 823).

We advised Aberdeen on their purchase of Infrared Infrastructure's sale of their 40% interests in the Project.
The $182 million project entails the construction of two new terminals, as well as a multi-purpose dock and container yard. Work will extend to the provision of various other facilities to process containers and a variety of bulk cargos in this growing region.
